Limestone Horizons operates a sea kayaking, accommodation, and gear hire service from 27 Maharat Road, Pak Nam, Mueang, Krabi 81000, Thailand. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you visit limestonehorizonsx.world or contact us directly, and how we use and look after that information.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information in two main ways.

When you contact us or submit an enquiry form: your first name, last name (if provided), email address, phone number (if provided), and any message you write. This is information you give us directly.

When you browse the site: standard web server logs and, if you accept analytics cookies, anonymised data about pages visited, time on page, and the general region you are connecting from. We do not collect precise location data through the site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing messages. If you receive a message from us it will be directly related to your enquiry or booking.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal information based on your consent (when you submit the enquiry form and agree to this notice) and on our legitimate interest in responding to communications and providing the services you have asked about, in line with applicable Thai data-protection law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the details in section 12.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and, if you give permission, to understand how visitors use it. Full details are in our Cookie Policy. You can manage or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time using the preferences panel on the main site.

6. Third Parties and Service Providers

We may share limited data with third-party service providers who help us run the site and understand its performance — for example, web analytics platforms and advertising measurement tools. These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that limit how they can use it. We do not sell personal information to any third party.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to two years from the date of your last contact with us. After that point, identifying details are removed or deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form for longer periods to help us understand seasonal patterns.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw consent for any processing that is based on consent. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricting access to contact records to team members who need them to manage bookings. No system is entirely without risk, and we cannot give absolute assurances, but we treat security as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time task.

10. Children

This site is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in how we work or in applicable requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you have seen the updated notice.
