1. Acceptance

By using the website at limestonehorizonsx.world or by making a booking with Limestone Horizons, you agree to these terms. If any part of them does not work for you, please contact us before proceeding so we can discuss your situation.

2. What We Offer

Limestone Horizons provides outdoor water-based recreation and accommodation services from Pak Nam, Krabi, Thailand. Our current activities include:

• Guided half-day sea kayak tours through sheltered lagoons and mangrove channels
• Three-night garden bungalow stays near the Pak Nam pier
• Daily hire of snorkel sets, rash tops, fins, and stand-up paddleboards

Details, including pricing in Thai Baht, are shown on the main site and confirmed in writing when you make an enquiry.

3. Eligibility and Participant Obligations

Our activities are available to adults aged 18 and over. Younger participants may join guided kayak trips when accompanied by a responsible adult who accepts these terms on their behalf. By booking, you confirm that all participants are in suitable physical condition for the activity and that you have disclosed any relevant health or mobility considerations when asked.

Participants must follow the guide's instructions at all times during water activities. If a guide determines that conditions or a participant's behaviour present a risk to the group, we reserve the right to modify or end a trip. In those circumstances we will work to arrange an alternative where possible.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed in writing by email or phone after we have agreed dates and details. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and reflect the rates published on the site at the time of booking. Payment arrangements, including any deposit required, are agreed at the time of confirmation. We do not guarantee that any price listed on the site will remain unchanged indefinitely.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as early as possible at [email protected] or +66 89 305 7142. Our general policy is:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity start time: full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time: deposits are generally non-refundable, but we will try to find an alternative date during your stay.
• Cancellations initiated by us due to weather or operational reasons: full refund or a rescheduled booking, at your choice.

These are our standard terms; we are a small team and we handle each situation on its merits.

6. Intellectual Property

The text, images, and design of this website belong to Limestone Horizons. You may share links to the site and use brief quotes for personal, non-commercial purposes with a clear attribution. Reproducing substantial portions of the site without permission is not permitted.

7. Acceptable Use

When using this site you agree not to transmit harmful code, attempt to access parts of the site you are not authorised to use, or use automated tools to extract content at scale. We reserve the right to block access from addresses that repeatedly violate these expectations.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Outdoor water activities involve inherent risks. We take reasonable precautions — including equipment checks, group size limits, and daily weather assessments — but we cannot eliminate all risk. By participating, you acknowledge these inherent risks.

The site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by the laws of Thailand, Limestone Horizons is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or participation in activities, beyond what is required by applicable consumer protection rules.

9. Third-Party Links

The site may include links to external sites — for example, maps or transport services. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or availability.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless an alternative resolution route is agreed in writing between the parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site or our services after a revision means you have read the updated terms.
